The story

Aaron Wilson is a Partner and Co-Founder of Kovrent and a co-founder of EONXI. He sources firms, runs the process, and keeps investors informed from first look through integration. He has spent his career building and scaling companies.

At EONXI, since 2020, he leads sourcing, operations, and investor relations across the firm's three business lines and oversees firm operations from New York, working across the Miami and Washington, DC offices. He has been central to identifying and scaling early-stage ventures across the EONXI portfolio.

Aaron came up through finance and human capital. He started as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase, then held leadership roles at Lloyd Staffing, Forrest Solutions, and Soni Resources Group, running recruiting and workforce strategy for enterprise clients in financial services, SaaS, and private equity. That background is directly relevant to what Kovrent buys. An RIA is its people. Aaron has spent a career evaluating, hiring, and retaining them.

He is also a founder and operator. In 2019 he co-founded Approved Jets with Kelvin Mensah, a private aviation brokerage serving high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and Fortune 500 clients. It reached eight-figure annual revenue within three years with no outside capital. He built and scaled Soni Resources Group, a recruiting firm, and founded Wilson Talent Solutions, a recruiting and human capital firm serving enterprise clients.

Aaron holds a degree in Business from Binghamton University's School of Management, where he sits on the advisory board. His work has been featured in Forbes, AfroTech, Yahoo Finance, and Binghamton University News.
