Describe us in your words or ours.
Three lengths, all cleared for publication. Use them as written or quote from them. "Kovrent" on first and later reference; "Kovrent Holdings, LLC" only where a legal name is required.

Kovrent Holdings is a holding company that buys 100 percent of independent wealth management firms, SEC-registered investment advisers with $100M to $700M in assets, from founders who have no funded succession plan. Each firm keeps its name, team, and clients. Founders can take part of the price in Kovrent equity or sell for all cash. Kovrent is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Kovrent Holdings is a holding company that buys 100 percent of independent wealth management firms, SEC-registered investment advisers (RIAs) with $100M to $700M in assets, from owners typically 55 or older with no funded succession plan. Kovrent does not buy to resell. Each firm keeps its name, team, and clients, and the back office, compliance, billing, HR, and vendors, moves to Kovrent. Founders can take part of the price in Kovrent equity or sell for all cash. Kovrent is funded by the partners’ own capital and by long-dated partners who sign the same terms: no stated fund life, no redemption right, and no provision that forces the sale of an operating firm. The firm was founded by four partners, Michael Ellison, Aaron Wilson, Sherrard Harrington, and Noah Ellison, and is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Four partners. Any of them will take the call.
Headshots are cleared for editorial use with the credit "Courtesy of Kovrent." Full bios, in short and long form, are on each partner page.
Logos, colors, and type.
The mark is a geometric horse head in gold on ink. Use the files below as supplied. Vector (SVG, EPS) files are available on request from press@kovrent.com.
How to use the name and the mark.
- Write "Kovrent" with a capital K and the rest lowercase in running text. The wordmark is set in uppercase; prose is not.
- Call us a holding company. "Buyer," "acquirer," and "owner" are also accurate.
- Keep clear space around the mark equal to the height of the horse’s ear, and never set it smaller than 24 pixels or 8 millimeters.
- Use the supplied gold and ink. On a photograph, use the primary logo on its ink field.
- Describe Kovrent as a private equity firm, a roll-up, an aggregator, or a consolidator. We hold firms without a fund life or an exit plan.
- Recolor, outline, stretch, rotate, or add effects to the mark, or place it on gold or terracotta.
- Combine the mark with another firm’s logo to imply a partnership or endorsement that has not been announced.
- Use the name or mark in advertising, merchandise, or anything that suggests Kovrent sponsors or approves your product.

Announcements and recent writing.
Kovrent has not issued a press release yet. Acquisitions and firm news will post here first, and to the Succession Letter the same day. Until then, the partners’ own writing is the best record of how we think.
Email a partner, not a desk.
Media inquiries, interview requests, speaking invitations, and fact checks go to one address. A partner reads it and replies within one business day. Tell us your outlet, your deadline, and what you are working on.
