The story

Noah Ellison is a Partner and Co-Founder of Kovrent. He sources firms, runs the math, negotiates terms, and stays on through integration. He is accountable for the deals he brings in from first conversation to close.

He is also a wealth advisor. Noah serves clients as an Investment Advisor Representative with RPS Advisory Solutions, LLC, working across investments, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and estate planning. That is deliberate. Kovrent buys businesses built on advisor-client relationships, and Noah underwrites them as someone who manages those relationships every week. He knows what a durable book looks like, what a fragile one looks like, and how founders actually think about handing off clients they've served for thirty years.

That dual seat shapes how Kovrent transacts. Founders talk to an investor who does the work. Investors get an underwriter who can read a practice from the inside, not just from the ADV.

Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Counseling and Planning from Purdue University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Indiana State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations. He is a Registered Representative with Silver Oak Securities, Inc. and a licensed life insurance agent.
